NO. No. DD got moved to the East area so if he is gone then KK did not axe him.

so KK pulled the switcharoo and moved her incompetent lackey that she hired to another director. Good way to get rid of losers without having to fire them. I'm glad DG was able to sift through DDs BS.

From what I hear, it might not have even been DGs call. Ethics ethics DD. So quick to point your finger and dismiss people for ethics violations... a phrase about glass houses comes to mind. KK DD PS. A bunch of losers, liars and hypocrites. All of them. If you think he was the only one doing what he was doing, think again. It's every manager in every region.

For starters he was hired by KK to work in California. The idiot never changed his driver's license to California because...he knew he was going back to Chicago. He bragged about it to reps over there saying that it would work out better in case he got a ticket then he could claim he was from out of town. He never had true intentions of staying in California.

From what I understand, he never did rides with reps until KK got on him. Then he started calling the people who lived closest to him to do his rides. He continued to work with people 2-3 times in a month and neglected reps farther away for months on end.

Oh, and also he sucked as a manager. He had no clue about how to manage or even the ophthalmology industry. He threw people under the bus as fast as he could to distract from the attention that he was incompetent at his job and never made a commitment to be around. I believe that on a few scheduled ride a longs he blew them off to fly back to Chicago.

He manipulated KK so he could take advantage of B+L resources and then get back to Chicago. His wife and kid never came out to visit him for 2 years and I had heard that she was close to divorcing him for being a dead beat.

The guy represented everything that is wrong with inexperienced wannabes getting in over their head. Glad he's out. Good riddance.
 




































I used to work under this Chicago manager. All I can say is.... this guy was one piece of work. D.D. needs to get a reality check and this is poetic justice for all of us that he stepped on to get as marginally far as he did in Corporate America. He should do sales people a favor and get out of the industry. Go sell cars or insurance but stay out of pharma. I've never seen a more sorry excuse for a manager in my life. His firing by B+L is the best thing to happen to the Chicago area.

Wow. That doesn't add up... this sounds like the same guy because I remember him telling me about his time as a Botox competitor. Here's the questions: why isn't B+L on his resume and how could he have been working Fresenius from 2008 to current? That is the same time as his employment with B+L. Interesting.

Actually..........this may be. The dude kept saying how he sold Myobloc as a Botox competitor. There can't be that many guys named D.D. in Chicago who had a stint with Myobloc and roots in California. This may be true.
