Doesn't management find it a bit embarrassing that nearly every year or so there is an opening in Chicago area? FYI: I have never worked for nor interviewed with Intuitive. Just an observer/investor who knows a bunch of Urologists in the area.

When the business grows you need more people to sustain the growth. Why would any one find that embarassing? In major markets the business is growing faster than we can hire.

Fair enough. So this is an expansion territory and there is limited turnover?

Expansion? Yeah right! Not in Chicago! Turnover at Isurg is the highest in the industry. I believe the average tenure is 9 months. Seriously! If you go for another interview ask to get contact info for reps who have been there 5 years or more. They won't be able to. I'm serious!
