Did anyone actually read this bullshit? In my opinion, this was a shitty welcome to the region. This document reeks of arrogance! It's totally condescending BS! I felt like I was in fucking grade school.... He has the balls to comment on: 1. gum chewing 2. Proper time to eat snacks 3. Where reps should sit in offices 4. Where reps should park 5. Cell phone greeting 6. How to wear your sunglasses and it goes on and on and on... Are you fucking kidding me!?!?! Hey Todd, why stop there? Next time include instructions on how many times a day I can wipe my ass.

I realize that you have to impress upon everyone that your a "no BS" kinda guy, but the reality is that it makes you look like an asshole. Your people will never respect you with this kind of oppressive bullshit. Sorry, but its true...
 






Wow, looks like these expectations must have struck somewhat of a “true” nerve. HELLO IDIOT, do you really think TS (with many, many years of management experience) would put these “simple” expectations in a document, to sign none the less…if it weren’t a sad reality in the field? If you’re a true sales professional, you would realize these expectations are very basic and they do not pertain to you and never will! However, they would pertain to the professionally immature “pharma rep” who we all see each and every day in the field (if you are working). If you are this defensive over the minimal expectations, then maybe you should re-read, sign again and think about just how PROFESSIONAL you are. (or aren’t!) LOSER, it’s only expectations, go sell something!

WOW! Congrats on being the biggest pussy in pharma history!! Your ramblings made no sense... Why are you so thrilled about being treated like a child??? Any good business professional doesn't need to be told how to wear their sunglasses or when they may sit in a chair in a waiting room. If you are fine with that level of micro managing, then you are the immature child my friend!! Good reps and solid professionals that have proven themselves time and time again, do not need the "hand holding" and condescendion that this document stinks of!! These are not minimal expectations, but rather an embarrassing state of what pharma has become. I'm sorry you don't see that, but you obviously a dick sucking lackey. Were you the jerkoff in highschool that ratted people out and was stuffed in a locker? Enjoy all your new rules and regs you complete pussy!
