Just received an email that I have a room mate for a required training. WHAT THE HELL? I thought we were past this stupid "camp" atmosphere and could be considered professional adults. Last time I checked, adults DON'T sleep with one another unless it's romantic. Give me my own room you cheap ass people. We all know there is enough money. Figure out another way to cut costs and invest in your people...the back bone of this organization!
 
























I thought this practice of "room mates" was a thing of the past due to the vulnerability of lawsuits. Especially with the pending overtime lawsuit and previous discrimination lawsuit?
 












Why don't you quit? If it's so bad just quit. You can go out and get another job. If not then just shut up and move on loser. So you got a room mate. Novartis has always done this except for in oncology.
 












Hey hotshot, if you are so awesome, sleep in your yacht rather than the hotel. If not, shut the hell up or find a new job. I can't believe how many ingrates there are out there working for Novartis. Well, I can actually. They all probably voted for Obama. Gimme gimme gimme.

Not an ingrate at all! Just an adult, requesting some personal space and time at the end of my work day. Really? "Shut the hell up..." Exactly the reason why I believe we need our own rooms. Some people just are at a different level of maturity!
