What a cheap sh*t of a company. A little over 20 bucks for internet. Company supplied phones so we can't use our own. Well, I guess they will bump everyone's pay $2400 to cover what we all got for communication packages. Yeah right.

The insurance is worse. The dental is worse. Less company paid off days. Could they be anymore cheaper?

So lousy. Why would anyone stay here???

They are as GENERIC as any company could get. How the hell do they think they are going to attract future great personnel with such a horrible benefits package? They should be ashamed.
 












Totally agree. I have gone through their entire benefits package and nothing differentiates them at all. Put simply, the package sucks. If I was looking for a job right now and that was the package they were shoveling, I would move on. They aren't even the slightest bit competitive in today's world for excellent candidates.
 


















Some reps have quietly quit and there will be many more leaving. The benefits here are atrocious. Losing money and less time off right off the bat. No reason to stay here now.
 












Well for starters, the OP is correct. Unless ypu are willing ro give up your personal call pone, you now lose about 2000 dollars of your pay. The company paid holidays are fewer as well. The company is CHEAP
 


















I hope JD as our new VP of sales is fighting for us now instead of just "accepting" whatever the Mallinckrodt execs say. One thing about RSL is he always fought for us in terms of a good working culture and benefits. Hopefully JD doesn't just become a " yes man "

Well, they probably won't retain many people. Stupid mistake. Cheap cheap cheap. They haven't had a good reputation in the industry and they certainly won't have one now. Their reputation of attracted strong talent is bad.

I wasn't the poster, but you're a jerk. We are all in this together. Retention bonus or incentive pay, call it whatever. The shit they are giving isn't worth staying at this hellhole.

you don't get it...they hope you leave. how do you think they'll recoup the money they paid to buy us. if you don't leave they will usher you out anyway but it's easier if you leave all by yourself.

No, you are right. And I do get it. Trust me, I'm looking. It's just hard to see how cheap a company can be. I really don't want my name associated with Mallinckrodt anyway. Does anyone know if we have a chance of recouping our second quarter bonus if we leave before the payout?
