There is hardly any access. I fucking hate these stupid “non-profit” hospitals. Carolinas healthcare system/Atrium health just wants to rush patients in and out all day to increase their shitty reimbursements from the insurance co’s and tell reps some bullshit about lunches being bribes so they don’t allow us back anymore. No doctor is “persuaded” to write drugs because of a damn sandwich. Now Novant wants to see more patients too and is stopping all lunches next year. Where the hell am I supposed to sell when most of the independents are so heavily medicare/medicaid or are just small town docs at the bottom of my target list????
