will be interesting to see where DEA schedules and then company prices... with good quality, relatively inexpensive CBD increasingly available in OTC and online retail channels, why not just buy that?

Don't be so sure. They have been successful in derailing CBD bills or getting them delayed.

Fed and State regs are different. DEA Fed will reschedule Epidiolex. GW fighting states to derail CBD sales will piss off several with Colorado leading the charge

So Stanley Brothers just remove the claims from their website. I didn’t read anything that said stop producing it. Charlotte’s Web still available in most states. If it reduced seizures in their child, parents aren’t going to stop using it.

Lots and lots of anecdotal evidence. It was the “miracle” drug for many and was effective in reducing seizures prior to Epidiolex approval.
