I called the corporate integrity hotline and they said channel stuffing is just fine. They said once I get enough stock options I'll understand it better. They said I had a family to worry about too.
 






What rock have you been living under? Everyone on the 2nd floor knows its true and is waiting for the convictions to start rolling in. The hotline is not the place to call.
 






When they told me they were sending my VA all of those 7x7's, I asked why not send them 2x3's and disks too? They said they couldn't make their numbers unless it was all 7x7's. This was not right. My VA didn't want this product but they shipped it anyway. I don't care if their contract with AVKARE says they can do this. This was fraud. Jail time coming for all who were at that meeting who decided to do this.
 






yeah, yeah, yeah. we heard that when there was an FDA issue regarding the injectable, we heard that when the SEC went after the CEO, and we heard that when the DOJ investigated the company. and guess what? none of those mattered. we just kept chugging along. haters gonna hate.
 






Pretty sure the chugging along is about to come to a complete halt. There is too much awareness around what has been going on. And way too many competitors that are sick of it.
 






How about those quotas we got? The scam is up on this stuff anyway. Insurers are starting to deny my claims and my Docs are starting to realize our product doesn't work unless you have a superficial wound at best. Time is up over here as the resume is out there.
 






Why don't you whinny little B's just go sell, we have such a great product. There is no way this channel stuffing BS slows us down. I'm not really sure why people think it happened at all VA's. Our stuff is so good even Trump can't slow us down. So what if a few VA's got product they didn't order. Those whistle blowers are missing a good ride

You are insane!!! I've never had so many people look at me like a used car salesman in my life. I even got called a snake oil salesman last week.

The audits have come and gone. MiMedx announced it several months ago...a 3rd party audit firm and the Board of Directors found NOTHING, ZERO, ZILCH.....not even a corrective action. The allegations are from people that have ZERO business knowledge, who couldn't sell ethically, sold competitive products, had no loyalty to the company that was paying their salary and benefits, and THAT is why they were shown the door.

Keep throwing your name into the public limelight morons. A simple background check when you complete an application will reveal your dirty intentions to try and squeeze money from a good company. Try working hard and ethically....it's easier than you trying to ruin what used to be your friends lives. Here's something to noodle on, a former SEC Chairman agreed to join the Board of Directors AFTER these allegations. Don't you think he would have done the same due diligence, and even deeper, before putting his name on the MiMedx Board of Directors?

YAWN. Let it go. Go get a job....McDonald's and Walmart are hiring.
