Changing to dental, eye, etc?

I can't take the stress anymore from the paperwork, micromanagement and layoffs in pharma. Ive been in pharma over 10 years and I feel I need to change within the health care industry. Being a sol breadwinner, I know it will be harder to potentially make a lower salary than I'm making now but I feel its worth it, as I can feel better and not get ill, as I feel I'm heading in that direction.

Has anyone gone to other areas such as dental sales or something similar? How has the transition been? Thanks.

Dental reps do VERY well. Disposables. Not a bad gig. You would probably make more money there than in pharma.

What do you mean eye?

Eye meaning either supplies of some sort to optometrists or other types of "devices" to ophthalmologists.
