Changing of the Guard...

It seems that there has been a bit of a shake up recently at the helm of a few of St. Jude's manufacturing sites, Liberty, S.C., Penang, Malaysia, and Scottsdale, AZ. Some of the top dog's are no longer in charge or have been reassigned.

I believe a RIF is about to occur at some of these locations within the next several weeks, particularly in the U.S. New blood has arrived and it's time for a transfusion.

The company doesn't care about its employee's anymore! It's a shame, because it's the people that made this company.
All they care about is putting money in the pocket of the "Big guys"!

How true, how true. That has been the status quo for quite sometime. A few years ago they
decided to eliminate the employee profit sharing plan and their lame excuse, "Due to the impending healthcare legislation (Obamacare) we have decided to not participate in the profit sharing plan for this year and furthermore we have decided to discontinue this program in it's entirety".

Next, let's go out and purchase a few companies and hey, while were at it, let's decide to pay our shareholder's a dividend. You mean, let's pay Dan Starks, hedge funds, and other institutional investors a dividend. Now, every three months, Dan just has to walk to his mail box and collect a check for over $1,500,000. Must be nice getting rich off of the backs of others.

Don't forget, between 2012-2014 they also laid off approximately 1,900 employees world wide to cover for their share of the assessed Medical Device Excise tax of 2.3%
