Changes needed at the Senior level and quick

It is so tiring reading about all the nonsense going on around here, at what was once a proud organization. Poor decision making from the top down on adding an entire field sales division without 100% secured FDA approval. Having a dedicated Psych sales force already in place that could have easily given voice to Uzedy during Austedo sales calls. Unrealistic sales attainment goals that know one seems to know how they came up with these projections . Dis-engaged communication at the top with home office marketing teams justifying their jobs with unfocused attempts to know what's going on. And now all this talk of senior leadership engaging in unscrupulous behavior at meetings? Do we now have to start wondering if promotions are based on the looseness on someone's moral compass?

Pretty much nailed it. Teva leadership is their own worst enemy.

This is our senior leadership hard at work! While we are in the field making our numbers, people like our VP, Head of North America is also hard at work—improving upon her cat walk at fashion shows. How is someone like her who spends days and nights developing her modeling and fashion career for years still here. She has not done anything other than modeling the latest DIOR! Check out her IG

Every day in this company is like treading water in a cesspit with management throwing more shit in to make your day even more miserable.

Haven’t been here but a few years but fuck the drama and toxicity between divisions is gross. Openly talking bad about each other, back stabbing, and complaining is increasing each week. Embarrassing and par for the course with the inexperience being hired at several levels.

…. and that’s just HR.

everything here is so true. This is the worst management I’ve ever had in 20+ years. If you are interviewing, reconsider. can’t get out of here fast enough. Pay is cheap, quotas terrible.

Good products, manager horrible. pretty soon we’ll have to send pictures of where we are at 4:45.

Damn, sorry for you. Not that way on my team or Regional area. What area of the U.S. are you in?
