Rumors are April but how do you know for sure. I guess if 90% of the rumors from multiple sources line up the probability is high.

I would be surprised if Valeant does not try to make a big splash soon either by announcing the purchase of a big company like TEVA, the sale of unwanted units, or a complete restructuring of the existing company complete with facility closings and announcements of greater than 20% cutbacks.

Quiet steady as you go stay out of the headlines management is not what Valeant is all about. None of this is negative or positive. It is just how Valeant does business.

If Valeant does not make a big announcement by the end of this year then they have settled in and have changed the fast pace model to a slow growth model. If that happens they may consider reinvesting in R&D and Marketing too.
