Jude Onyia, Ph.D., has joined the company's executive management team as Chief Scientific Officer.

How does the new talent stack up against the outgoing Chief Development Officer?

People don't come to CP for insightful comments, so don't expect any.

Mauntaing the status quo is a low bar. It will take years to see his impact and he'll have a tough acclamation to the "unique culture", so he may follow DA's path before we find out.

Glad TFG (rhymes with plague) has left, but has too much damage already been done?

"With over 50 ongoing clinical trials and more to come, this is an exciting and potentially transformational time at Neurocrine as we look forward to delivering a number of important clinical data readouts over the COMING YEARS."

Yeah, damage is baked in

They can tell all the racist jokes they want but these gas prices are killing those of us out here trying to work our territories. Never thought I would be "paying to work here". Might be time to break out a scooter!

Of course it's an improvement! Bozo expected complete loyalty from everyone around him. His team of obsequious boot lickers don't come by close to justify the human resource expense. His biggest concerns were dominance, power, and himself. He was uninterested in learning the details of any issue. I remember him saying that he knew everything that was needed to know. Clearly he didn't. Just look at the loss in direct expenses as well as years of program delays.

Analyzing data isn't a métier, but try and follow along

91% of employees at Neurocrine Biosciences say it is a great place to work. Sounds pretty good until you see that 91% of employees have been there less than 5 yr. Being there any longer is much less common and is where satisfaction falls off. I think these data mean the company is a great place to leave. Isn't that what qualified staff in CMC have done? What percent of them are at mirage-Ati?
