50% cut in base vials?

Thoughts on this?

O-10,000 base vials= .50 base vial / $2.00 growth vial
10k-20,000 base vials= $1.00 base vial / $2.00 growth vial
20k-30,000 base vials= $1.50 base vial / $1.50 growth vial
30k-40,000 base vials= $1.75 base vial / $1.25 growth vial
40k-+++++base vials=$2.00 base vial / $1.00 growth vial

Definitely red flags and no offense to other reps out there, but manyof us that got our business going are now suffering and paying the price with unfair low rankings with reps now that have a little growth in their territories but still low volume climbing up the rankings. The company is going to lose a lot of people because of this.

I'm sure it's bs. I would like an explanation of why some reps got accounts from collapsed territories and did NOT have their base vials adjusted accordingly. It's unbelievable to me that this company is so blatantly biased towards their favorite reps. How could any ethical company do that??????
