During this year or possibly early next year . Big changes work force will be drastically reduced . Especially where the fitters and electrions are concerned . There will be 85 left in both electrions and fitters from over 200. The work force will drop by min of 500 . Anyone working there know that most especially the new plant are doing nothing and company knows this . They had a company in for a few months looking at all this . This company are experts in cost cutting and streamlining company’s watch this space

Change is comin? That gigantic crush debt is going to be the end of this shutting company. Where are all the idiots who built this giant debt pos co? Some are into selling snake oil elsewhere. As long as there are stupid rich people like Blackman who plow money into a disaster. Hope they all lose all
 






There has been a shifting around of managers in the last two weeks-McKinsey report due in March-
People were anticipating job cuts,redundancies,4 shift across the whole plant.
The 4 shift across the board has been shelved...for this year.But you never know
There are 120-130 who will be retiring this year-so that's a natural cut and an instant decrease in the workforce-A lot will also depend if they can sort out the issues up in Area 9!!!
HQ are not gonna want a machine that is not producing and sitting idle for too long so they are expecting to have Area 10 to be in production by year end!!.
The numbers being produced on the floor has mysteriously gone through the roof for some reason in the last three weeks also-so its either the machines are running much better or someone is cooking the books. Its a strange one
Who knows with B&L-you hear something and the opposite turns out that there is only half truths in most of it-but the managers shifting has happened already with the departure of Kieran Noonan last week.

and also...we are getting free travel mugs-that much is true!!
 






Change is definitely coming with BS as new CEO. I was at Forest when he took over and it was constant product change, manager change, impossible quotas, and layoffs every year.
