Has anyone seen the sales ranking report lately. How many ppl that were employed as of the beginning of segment 67 are actually hitting goal? It isn't many... Dear Jason, if you want to increase morale and have people believe that you are a different leader than evil Marshall, it may be time to acknowledge that the forecast should be changed and people should be paid extra dollars to hit target bonus. From what I can see there are about a dozen or so RM's that have actually been here the entire fiscal year that are hitting and the TM's aren't looking better from a % standpoint. If you want us to stay and WANT to work here, then you should adjust things when the company is under-performing due to an inflated forecast and when the forecast is changed then quotas should be changed. We came here to earn a living and when you refuse to acknowledge the corporate forecast flaws and don't put money in our wallet for people who have grown but may be not enough to hit your inflated forecast, then you will see good, hard-working, committed people leave for another organization that will appreciate them more. It is time to see change, or you will see more turnover and you will spend more $ training. Recruiters can't find candidates that are good for ZOLL and we are a recruiting feast for recruiters because everyone at ZOLL is looking or at least willing to talk to a recruiter about an opportunity. It is time to change the culture here.
