A 22 year old kid, right out of school. No, seriously. They don’t know any better, and allergan can pay them peanuts. Be happy you’re not getting a call back.

Can’t imagine you ever getting an interview much less into the industry with an attitude that call is a rep a doodle job.
Who does that?
I don’t think you are qualified.

Anyone knows its a bad business decision to hire kids for important openings. Put a few prime pick college grad kids on the old products to learn the ropes and get their feet wet for 3-5 years, but not for bigger positions or specialty jobs right out of the gate. .

What tops the list...?
Experience, knowledge. familiarity with therapeutics, account management, business acumen and yes, doing the job with real life visits.....
