Challenger sale. What the heck

This is absolutely the worst idea. Had mgr with me. Played the game. Got personal call from long time customer and literally said. Don't put me through that again. Made her feel inferior and said it was condescending. I'm in Metabolics. This is a doc with 25% synthroid. Said she was offended I tried to guilt her into feeling like she was not as responsible as the endos. I told her I was sorry and that was mgmt direction. Worst is mgr told me it was a great call. Lets think outside the box and see this is destroying relationships. Luckily my doc trusts me and I should not lose her business. Holy hell

Have Similar story. My doc didn't say anything though until about 2 months later at a lunch. All I could think is that his share probably tanked being that he waited so long to tell me. Challenging is one thing. Detroyong my business is another.

I agree. In northeast. Losing credibility quickly. Not sure thinking behind this. Only do when DM with me however in hurting my business almost 100% of those calls. My physicians are being gracious with manager there. It is painful

We already have constructive tension. Its there when we walk in! Mental access too! We just don't have any relevant data to provide because our regulatory department is a bunch of pussy lawyers. This is the greatest waste of company time and resources I have ever seen.
