So, fearless new leader let's the directors fire the last of the tenured reps who could have saved their asses in alt site, demotes one of the strongest RM's the company has ever had and keeps the last two accomplices responsible for irreparably ruining the chronic care business (that would be the directors). Brilliant is all I have. We're going to be out of business in 3 years.

And they kept the 2 marketing director morons that couldn't market themselves out of a paper bag. Really?!?!?!? I suppose things will change again shortly - that's the coloplast way

Does any of this really matter? If anyone can justify the chess game "changes"...including Keith Johnson and Nick Camfield still having a job, they deserve a prize...
For most of us, likely including our competitors and customers, this deja vu reorg is laughable. On the bright side, it just bought all of us paychecks for another year until someone figures it out and whacks CB. Gotta love Groundhog Day.

Perfect! And accurate.

I also agree...what I don't get, in my unbiased opinion of course, is how KJ has dodged the bullet through all of the years including many restructures, reorgs, new management teams, etc. Before the move to MSP, he was the ring leader who crafted and lead our downward spiral...I don't think ML is the answer to our woes - but KJ seems to keep his "friends and family" close and protected and alienates and executes those that he doesn't agree with, or should I say, who don't agree with him. He is a silent assassin that should not be trusted.

Met with acute materials manager. He told me there is already buzz that convatec will be leveraging the kci relationships with: acute and LTC WOCN, MCOs, HHA, etc. When will Mr Veome and Mr Johnson discuss what they have up their sleeves (besides golden parachutes) to address and counter this likely industry game changer? God help us if the answer is "all we need to continue to do is capture new patient discharges and promote CARE and clinical preference".
