What a clown he is. Did you ever sit with him in a meeting? Does not care what you are saying. Pretends like you are not in the conference room. Claps his hands to make sure you get things done. Where did they find him? What a joke.
 












Still don’t understand what the CFO does with his hands, I’ll have to witness it. Heard the Controller is lazy and incompetent from peeps on 2. Heard he doesn’t work a 40hr week. True?
 
























What a sad state of affairs down there on the second floor. There is no morale. My friend tells me they have 2 1/2 hour shitfests every quarter where the CFO talks about everything but the company’s performance.

I hear he spends all the time talking about bathrooms, food trucks, ice cream socials, and other topics while he has Canada and Israel dialed in. I hear through the grapevine that both countries put his calls on mute and take naps.

I feel sorry for my friends that have to put up with this. The previous regime was 110% better.

I even heard CFO made the managers PAY out of their pockets for a holiday party at Christmas time .

What a joke.

Get your resumes and leave the two headed egotistical monsters immediately.
 






Everyone has them updated and is looking. Can you blame them? CFO and Controller leave every night to be with their families, while a few others are left to do the work. Someone higher up needs to step in and rectify this issue.
 












Wow. The complaints here haven't been this bad since Uncle Barrie and his chosen people ran the company.
Managers are about to leave and so will the hourly wage employees once they find out they aren't getting bonuses this year.

But, at least we get free Vistex posters and free snacks!
 






There is a bigger problem in Accounting. 2 employees, one one a temp, are running businesses on the side, on company time. He is selling selling cheap energy, she is inviting people to her seminars (sounded like a cult to me).

I guess Government Finance does not have enough work to do so they come upstairs and solicit their businesses during company time.

CFO and Contoller need to focus on this mess.

Minor problem compared to the other big problems listed in this discussion.
And you are probably exaggerating how much time they do this.
 












So, the dozen or so employees who walked around last month soliciting for their daughters' girl scout cookies should be terminated?
What about the finance guys who solicit for lotto and super bowl picks money?
Collecting cash for surprise baby showers?
GMAFB!

Learn this phrase: "Sorry, I do not wish to participate" if you are cheap and/or antisocial.
It's only a problem if you are forced to participate!

Excuse me Girl Scout Cookies are for charity. Soliciting and painting people in a corner to preach your CULT aka “businesses” are totally unethical.
