It looks like Valeant mgmt has reorganized Bausch & Lomb to include OTC skincare sales from products like CeraVe and exclude sales of B&L generics, which are now lumped in with legacy Valeant generics. Swapping in CeraVe for generics is certainly a nice way to accelerate B&L headline revenue...

If this is true, someone really needs to speak up as it is quite simply playing with the numbers to deceive investors, if the change is not disclosed.

See slide 93 from Valeant's presentation this morning, bullet point #2:

"Combined 3 separate groups (Valeant skin care, B+L Lens Care, and B+L Vitamins / Drops) into one Consumer organization"

CeraVe is in Valeant skin care, and Valeant skin care has been added to B+L vision care segment.

CeraVe sucks! Does nothing to replenish the ceramides! Not regulated with specific amount unlike other competitors! Just an expensive body lotion sans therapeutic properties!
