I have spoken with a few of the reps on this contract, and the final bonus appears fixed? We all got the exact same bonus. No explanation of how I did in terms of sales, and the amount of bonus was well below the frequency bonus of 1500, and I know I hit my frequency goal. Anyone else having an issue with this bonus payout? I think we are getting jerked around here!

1288 gross. $850 net. Anyone talk to HR and get an explanation?
Sounds like the fix is in. I too had 1288 gross and a net in the low 800's. Definitely exceeded my pharmacy calls as well as physician calls.

We were involved in a cluster fuck from the onset of the contract.
It's surprising that any of us got anything at all if you consider that we were working with possibly the most unethical company (Cephalon) in this "industry." InVentiv and the so-called leaders assigned to the project are no less to blame (ie. the "New Regime") since they let the Cephalon people walk all over them and us. They are an absolute embarrassment. Every plan put forward by Whit and his cronies were abject failures. Also, the "realignment" and the close out of the contract could not have been mishandled any worse. But let's be happy for them since they were quickly placed by InVentiv.
So you got $750 bucks extra on top of a guaranteed salary and car for , what, maybe 6-8 hours of work per week? What the hell are you complaining about then?
Speak for your self shit head. Most of us worked our asses off to make a good bonus and did not get what we deserved. If you worked 6-8 hrs a week, than you are a self professed piece of shit who should be selling ice cream at Dairy Queen, which your IQ is suited for.
It would seem to me that the individual that "worked their ass off" for the same amount of money as somebody that put in roughly 10 hrs a week, while both work for the same POS contract drug company; might just be the one with the intellectual deficiency........
Part of inventiv's executive profit strategy is to fuck as many reps out of as many bonus dollars as they can. This is why they don't payout any bonuses to reps who leave the company prior to payout. This is insanely unethical. The client companies still pay them for any quarter completed by a rep. So- the rep works the full quarter, inventiv delays payout as long as possible, rep quits for greener pastures, inventiv keeps their bonus, rep gets nothing for busting their ass and making everyone else money.
Iventiv will fuck any rep any time to make a buck. They know that in this job market- anyone with other options won't be here.
