Today, Cephalon announced in an 8K statement that they received a subpoena from The US Attorney's Office, in The Southern District of NY. The noose is tightening. What will Teva say? Will BC and MS finally be held accountable??

I can't imagine that Teva shareholders aren't going to demand that they pay less for CEPH now that they know they could have to pay upwards of $1BN in this settlement...I think it's usually about three times damages when the company is already under a Corporate Integrity Agreement.

I don't know if Teva shareholders can demand to pay less for CEPH but Teva can sure try to find additional "synergies" to try and offset some of the $$ lost if fines are levied as a result of this new investigation.

The CEO of Teva was so sure in his statement to the media today that this isn't going to be an issue bc Cephalon compliance is so squared away. What a F'ing joke. They have swept everything under the rug. Never go to compliance to report anything! They won't keep it confidential, they'll treat you like the offender and they'll allow you to be retaliated against. Then, they swept this all under the rug, thinking they could intimidate people. MS better take this opportunity to tell the Feds the truth. MS, don't protect Cephalon. Do your family a favor and assume that the Feds have heard everything with their ears. This way, you won't get fired for lying to compliance during the investigations they have done and have to foot all of your own lawyer bills and be unemployable. That's my gift to you. Tell the truth!t

Someone has a beef with Oncology. Hard to imagine a whistler blower given the level of happiness and personal interest by management. This is a real wake up call to Teva.
