Anyone else getting tired of hearing Joe Papa personally weigh-in on every woke social justice issue?! I honestly don't know his motivations but I don't need to hear his radical opinions on hate crimes or the chauvin verdict. He issued no personal statement on Veterans day or on 9/11. He claims to care about his sales force yet fails to issue a company survey for the first time in our history. Many of us were looking forward to letting him know what we think. Can't we just focus on making money without him pushing his woke religion on us?!?!
 






If you think Joe or any of these fucking pharma CEO scumbags give a single shit about social justice or racial equality you are dead wrong. They all live in Lilly white gated, secured communities devoid of black and brown skinned people. Any mention they make regarding George Floyd or social justice is simple posturing. All designed to keep up with the rest of their peers at other companies who all got woke last month. Liars and hypocrites all of them. They don’t care about you or me or people suffering social injustice. They care about money. And you know what? That’s fine with me until they pretend they give a shit about what’s going on in our country.

Do you really care about social justice/injustice? You work for B+L, look at what you are selling and the associated cost. You don't live in the hood where a majority of the social injustice occurs. You have a cushion job and are definitely being paid more than you are worth (just like Joe and the rest of them). Furthermore, if Joe acknowledged you, I wouldn't be surprised if you dropped to your knees and sucked him off. Stop pretending like you give a fuck because it is clear that none of you do.

I think you proved their point. These are inappropriate topics for a workplace. No one wants to hear what their superiors think of social justice issues. Stick to business and keep your mouth shut.

*Nobody* cares about social justice. I know I don't care and I care even less what the C-Suite thinks about society's ills.

Hey now, Joe cares about all of the African Americans on his board and executive teams....oh wait...

oops...no African American leaders there.... let's take a look at the VP and director level in Bridgewater....no African Americans in any of the offices on the 7th or 8th floor there.

Race is an awful metric for performance. So who cares about melanin? He just needs to do his job. There is no benefit to select people for jobs based on race. So no one actually cares about racial makeup for leadership positions nor should they. The CEO and other VPs need to just stick to business.
