CEO is too cowardly to debate prop 61

You've been called out by the propenents of California's prop 61 to debate your position. This proposition will force pharma companies to sell pharmaceuticals to the state at VA prices. This will lead to massive layoffs in CA and nationally when it expands. The proponents have called out every CEO of big pharma to a debate and so far nobody has responded. As the CEO, your job is to be the face of company and for you to hide from this call out is disgusting. After prop 61 passes and heads roll will you be on the chopping block too?
