Am I the only one who hasn't been able to find any talent within this lab we bought? They have hung in this long but honestly someone needs to do something.
These salespeople are the absolute worst of the worst. Lacking basic sales skills and tact. Please learn when to stop talking, please learn how to tell when someone doesn't want to talk to you, please learn HOW TO BE ON TIME, please learn how to drive (3 crashes in a year??), please learn how not to waste your colleague's time. I have tried and my honest evaluation is that all of you aren't any better than used car reps. KA, Mh(man), MB(Donovan), and JJ are weak and need to be let go.
These reps are embarrassing to go on calls with. They don't pick up on any non-verbal cues and that makes it super awkward. LCA would be smart to let them all go and start over. It is tough to sell with MH(man), MB(donovan) and KA being total idiots during calls. These are the folks that shouldn't be in this industry but somehow get in. MH and MBD can't read intonation nor body language for crap and should be working at Walmart. Total fucking losers.
Anyone ever worked with these tards? Anytime I do I go home embarrassed and have to apologize to my prospects for bringing these idiots to their office.
