I know there are many sales reps are on here, but how many plasma center employees are on here. If there are not many, the ones that are should spread the news about this board. This is a place where you can talk freely and let the company know that they are not all powerful. Biomat has shown that they are willing to do anything they can to make your life harder. They do not want people talking about what happens in this company. Well for one I am about to talk. They can't fire you if you come forward, they will fire you if you keep quite though.

I guess that the center level employees don't matter to anyone here, but without them everyone at grifols can f*ck themselves. That is why I started the thread, apparently what matters most is not people.....

I'm tired of General Managers that have not been held responsible for their behavior & decisions. I have witnessed two GM's who should be considered HR nightmares, but members of the HR team actually laugh at the inappropriate things they say. The culture in this company is shaped by the Executive Team and frankly some of them should not even be GM's.
