I think the celery range depends on experience, probably anywhere from 65-85 base.

Forest has reps making bases in the 50's. 70-85 base isnt bad.

I think the base salary is in line with industry standards. My issue is with the incentive comp. 20K at plan is weak. And what % of reps are at plan?

about half. km loves the fact no one is maxing out.

A few reps are making 10-15k a Quarter.
60k a yr in bonus would be sweet !
