Why do you think there has been internal investigations? It is to clean house and show the effort that the company is auditing people.

You are clueless. Internal investigation is a CYA for HO and MT. Nothing has really changed other than to redirect blame to sales and reimbursement. They are a bit more discreet about the “ask” but no real change. It’s all corrupt.
