What is teva thinking with these goals, contests and comp plan? No one cares to go to Israel. How did they come to these goals in 4th qtr, 1st qtr and the 2nd qtr? They spent a lot of time talking about retaining workers, but it's obvious they don't know what they are doing. I can see why 17% left. Sven knows they are screwing up and don't know what to do.
