This has always been about flipping the product/company.

no one saw the value so they went to market themselves hoping for a buyer.

the valuation (internal) is still too high and the performance isn’t there as most suspected years ago.

the inexperienced leaders spend more time granting themselves equity than they do running the business which should tell you where this is headed.

Braunstein and Shafer were both fired by Pacira. Braunstein for a failed attempt to unseat the CEO and Shafer for signng off on expenses that were for liquor, golf, fishing, and extras in violation of Sunshine Act.

That's our leadership. Beacons of inspiration, motivation, and forward thinking. Dullards at best.
 












Braunstein was hated at Pacira. The running joke was, "what does he do?" Shafer couldn't break into Paciria's bou club, though she tried. Tried too hard and got canned. Rudisill was McLoughlin's errand girl. She did like to rest the puppies on the table. Can't trust someone who chases married men; she caught hers.

They have all killed the company and parade around their DEI mission as if that’s going to solve something.

Braunstein was useless at Pacira. Shafer was fired for complaince issues. Rudisill just followed. Things not working out quite like you planned. No surprise. They could never understan the "under promise, over produce" philosophy.

braunstein, or is it braunsteen (a tribute to young frankenstein) is a fraud. always been sketchy.

after the suit is settled you'll see no one will be interested in purchasing this company. frankly, you've already seen that disinterest.

Gotta agree. Looking, but companies are not seeing Marinus as a good place to find people. What a monumental mistake joining this shit show. Braunstein and Shafer touting the attractiveness for acquisition; fairy tales.
 






Braunstein will forever be in his brother’s shadow. Especially now he sank a company that should have been flipped 3 years ago. Way to destroy shareholder value!
Shafer sounds clueless during Q&A. Braunstein’s whole leadership team seems to wait for him to direct Q&A instead of the functions leading, indicative of lousy leadership.
 






Nothing very positive about this company circus called Marinus. CFO is the only leader who is somewhat grounded. Weekly company calls are laughable and only bolster SBs bad behavior to entire organization.

Goes to show when an organization gets bloated like Marinus, loses focus on science to focus on DEI, and has a monarchical leader, ideation is stifled.
