Cashing balance leave on resignation

BMS policy says will pay for the balance leave if employee voluntarily separates. How true is it in practice? Or is it going to be another chase till you get tired and give up? Would also like to know how their repayment of relocation expenses goes

BMS never has done anything that won’t benefit them in the end. Cant trust them…and that starts at the very top!!!!

Legally they must pay, and they will.

What BMS commonly employs is when you resign and give 2 weeks notice via email or in workday, an HR rep or your manager will call you and performs an agreeable immediate separation.

BMS now avoids paying out an additional 2 weeks since you are a lame duck.

Classy bunch of hyenas!

You get 12 wks plus whatever unused vaca if you get fired if you sign you won’t sue. Plus they can’t say that you were fired on your verification. Telling your boss how you really feel gets you fired with extra pay if you have something lined up already.
