The last WINN call I attended, the speaker ( a DCS I believe) was speaking about how WINN still has to fight against being marginalized as women here at Novo. I mean come on. More women than men on my team, including our manager and RBD. Last I listened in or will ever listen in to that entitled group. The yoga/spin studio lady was clearly on antidepressants.then she must be the only one! This place is simply the most discriminatory workplace I have ever seen. In an effort to somehow balance the scales of society, they have managed to discriminate against anyone who is above the age of 40 or Male. How else can you possibly account for a BS group like WINN that, by design and definition, promotes women over men? There is no equivalent corporate subsidized group for Men despite employee requests, therefore making WINN discriminatory. Our company spends too much time focusing on this BS instead of being a meritocracy that we are getting our lunch handed to us by Lilly.

CASB really does love her men. She goes to great length to hire males who cower to her and loves her female friends who cater to her. It is a very dysfunctional environment. This little lady has no clue and no business being in the position she is in.

Love the fact that CASB loves whites qualified males. She is about the only one who hires on talent at Novo anymore. No BS affirmative action from her!!!
Not saying that at all. Just saying she isn’t drinking the Novo hiring kool aid!!! Eventually promoting by race, sex, and he/she/it will doom our company. Just look at the sh$t show it’s become by not hiring the most qualified and talented individuals.So let's sum up what you're saying. Hire a white man? Then it must be based on talent. Hire a woman or a person who is not white? Then it must be something other than talent.
