Cars?

Yes,

However compared to most other companies the vehicle lineup is extremely poor. Most vehicles are bare bones and have poor crash test ratings. Like everything else Ferring cuts corners. Their salaries are lower and comp plan is terrible. Carreer ladder is designed to get rid of you afterwards 3-4 years.

This is a total fabrication from someone who has nothing better than complain. Facts: Ferring uses the same fleet management as Pfizer, MSD and Novartis; senior leaders get significant monthly dollars and can select their own car (a positive spillover from beginning an EU company), reps can have more options with promotions to senior rep; basic options no difference vs aforementioned companies; car allowance for car wash; safety first attitude so no questions asked when brakes, tires, or engine are showing and wear and tear. So no cutting corners whatsoever. Those are the facts

This is BS. Here are the facts: Ferring uses the same fleet company with identical policies as Pfizer, Merck and Novartis; safety first policy so first sign of wear and tear the brakes and tires are replaced with no questions asked; with promotions more options are offered eg senior representative, home office gets generous car allowance with no limitations on what they select which is why you see Mercedes, BMW, Porsche’s in Parsippany (this is carryover from EU company policies
