The only way to protect the patients is for Raj to leave....or just sell the company. There are things happening on the Clinical Research side that are probably similar to the sales side. Raj is unethical and a tyrant. Do you know that he has bribed employees (e.g. $10K) to get a task done within a specific timeline, even though that task is part of the employees’ job description? Do you know that he and some of the management team have intentionally denied and/or hidden noncompliance issues? Did you know that this company has already been reported to the Office of Civil Rights? And yet this company is awarded by the community as a top company to work for. Guess not everyone knows the truth. Maybe it’s time for FDA to come in for a little inspection.

The office of civil rights? Where be this office? Offering cash incentives to complete projects is a bribe? Who knew? Better ask your mom about that extra $5 I gave her for finishing my off with her mouth. Just like high school she still swallows a load.

This is a horrible and completely out of line response. It is good that nobody knows who you are - but you do. This sort of vulgar childish response should bring you horrible shame. If it does not then you are just a bad person and in need of much help. I sincerely hope you are ashamed and will learn not to conduct yourself this way even on an anonymous board.
