Where is the HrR program we heard about?

Really they are gone now! With the new rounds of promotions in the past 4 years based on little other than anal rouge from management the career is over! Now with the S3's annointed based on some account metrics or a jilted executive team with votes made by someone who's never worked with you and hasn't even been with the company for more than a year we've killed it! RD's for the most part got to pick their management team from the Schering leftovers and now a handpicked group of reps placed in positions that for the most part they could have never earned based on an ability to sell or lead! When Singulair goes generic soon those S3's in accounts based on asthma will become a dead dog! For these reasons I think you'll see many of the seasoned reps retire! If packages were available they'd all be gone this year! Enjoy your leaders!
