Well, the fine leaders once again proved they have no mercy when it comes to letting their reps go. Two weeks after becoming a parent, our leadership team let the rep go. No warnings, no calls, NOTHING.
Keep up the good work guys. I'm sure they were busy releasing the second qtr quotas and didn't have the time to kindly alert the rep. Another fine move by upper management.

That's a lovely message to end the week on. I bet they would break up with someone via text message vs. in person and would do it a month after they already started dating someone new. Total class baby!

Not to ruin your weekend but they did it again to the rep in Indiana. This time after a two week vacation with his family. No less on the Monday morning upon returning. This from our fearless leader who had been fired not once but twice from previous companies. Maybe he has some sort of little man I got fired syndrome.

"No warning, no calls, nothing"?? How does he know he was let go?

This stuff isn't shocking. All the management staffing these medical sales companies today are without loyalty, integrity, and ethics. And they're all recycled from other companies left overs.

And sadly, this industry is still trying to sell the sales pitch from yester-years. All that's missing are those same old products to go with it! Hah. This entire industry needs to evolve and start fresh. Physicians are not ordering these services because they have been left out of the equation. This current sales strategy of trying to survive off of crumbs and bump off equally crippled competition, hoping it'll somehow fix the problem is a joke. Sales/Marketing badly need a new strategy before everyone goes out of business...

You need to win the physicians back and another free lunch isn't going to do it when they've got pharma lunches filling their book for the next 6 months.

Your stock graphs are beginning to look like a fatal arrhythmia.
