Do you really think micro-managing me makes me want to go out and sell more? Do you really think Doubling my goals for September when you took me out of the field for a week was a good idea? You have lost your freaking minds here. Used to be a fun job and I enjoyed what I did, now you force me to check medzilla and med-reps at least 6 times a day. Word of the wise to anyone thinking of joining Cardionet. Stay far far away. They are screwing over great reps and managers with their threats and reps are being investigated and let go companywide. I almost feel like not hitting my goals is the best thing I can do. If they have to pay you out bonus it puts a target on your back. I personally can not wait to get another offer so I can tell upper management what I really think of them on my exit interview.
