Most contracts end, when they do, so does your career at Quintiles. You may land another contract but the odds are you will not..

The contract side of commercial field teams is not as lucrative now as it has been in the past. Hence the reason why QuintilesIMS is looking to sell that part of the business.

It's likely you'll get more help from the city bus driver carrying you down to the unemployment office than you will Quintiles. The Q is more properly understood as a high-end professional escort service. If the John makes it the whole 3 minutes, don't bother waiting for a cigarette or a tip on the dresser. And the current CV 'bottom b*tch' fills the role to perfection.

And the median yearly merit increase in generally between 15-20%. And don't forget the profit-sharing; that usually runs about 20% your quarterly pay. Although it can go as low as 10% in a bad year.
