Okay… can someone please explain what happened to the $200 per Leqvio syringe for Nov and Dec?
Were we not told that was happening? I recall Duane getting on some call we had when they announced CV2 100% Leqvio, the increase in pay per syringe for both divisions, with CV1 getting a $100 each.

when I look at my report it shows some extra $ in the focus kicker and light the fire kicker, but doesn’t add up to what promised.

when asked Manager, said it was never $200. What’s in the playbook is what we get.

Feel like we are being gaslighted. No wonder the delay in IC. They clearly didn’t like what the payouts were looking like and redid.

I hope I’m wrong and misinterpreted.

I thought it was “double” pay or 200% for those two months, including FTOs. I had a good trimester in both products and still didn’t make squat.
If I don’t get a severance, I better get a raise because I’m out of here shortly after the reorg if not.

Really?
On a product that was delayed to market for twelve months?
That took three years to have an individual territory payout component (25%)?
That gave the product away for free for a year, and then turned around and blamed the reps because they did what Duane and the R.D.'s asked them to do?
That, if you look at the financials they sent to the field, is producing such an embarrassingly paltry return on investment that they don't even discuss it?
That has, from day one, paid the worst rep in every district the exact amount in bonus payout as the top-producer?
That has had four years to produce a usable data-capture for the field, but they still cannot do it (or refuses to spend enough to acquire it)?

Buddy, if you are still here, you are not wrong or misinterpreted. I am pretty sure you nailed it.
