I have a few questions about the Cardiac Surgery davinci position. How is the pay derived? What can someone expect in total comp? Are you treated like a CSR or given more freedom?

There is no future with robotic cardiac surgery. No one is doing any research in house to expand that market. Run..

Robotic cardiac surgery offers a significant benefit to the patient and is also a marketing ploy. In my area robotic CABG has grown exponentially. Now the push for robotic MVR surgery has begun is growing significantly with 5 hospitals already in the mix.

The company is focusing on procedures that have quick turn around so that hospitals can justify breaking up the capital costs. You can't add value with a 2 million robot and an 8 hour procedure. The future is chole and hyster
