Card DMs riding with Resp Reps. Why?

Okay this is just a thought. On the Ashfield website they have pharma management jobs for every region. If you look you will see all of these jobs have the same description and are all numbered in the 200s. The layout and format of the management positions are the same as the part time BI rep jobs that are listed on the site. My thoughts, they plan to outsource all pulm management. The occasional ride with the Card managers could be another way to selectively manage the pulm roles. That would also explain why they are making the TBM s wait till June 1 too. Just a thought but I could be way off.

You are probably tied with another rep to be retained or let go and the card manager is helping with a tie breaker decision.

Obviously, who ever has the cleanest car will be retained.

Way over thinking this, just a initiative to find any reason for Stiolto brand to blame the asthma brand for taking away selling time and confusing the stupid doctors with 2 disease states at once.

Say it with me now: We have poor products. All this other crap doesn't matter. Oh you didn't use the CEM selling module. Oh it's upper management's fault. No it's middle management's fault. Actually, it's the reps fault. Huh?! It's obviously marketing's fault.

The product's that this company has are simply put, not very good. If we reduced 50% of the work force, maybe we can get closer to being profitable, but that won't change the fact that the product's suck. Everyone has a reason as to why, but I'll leave that to others.

I have one question how could upper management allowed GSK to market a full suite of respiratory products before us?

Because they have nothing to do! They have so few reps and they are with them all the time that they are pissing off the customers.

Because of people like you that usually work from 11 to 1 and think that they are smarter than the rest. Don't worry, you will collect your pink slip soon and move along you idiot.

I am surprised that you are not holding a bigger post at BI. Oh...perhaps because you are totally lost and this is your only opportunity to talk nonsense in hiding. Congratulations, you made a fool out of yourself once again you moron.
