You are probably tied with another rep to be retained or let go and the card manager is helping with a tie breaker decision.
I have one question how could upper management allowed GSK to market a full suite of respiratory products before us?Say it with me now: We have poor products. All this other crap doesn't matter. Oh you didn't use the CEM selling module. Oh it's upper management's fault. No it's middle management's fault. Actually, it's the reps fault. Huh?! It's obviously marketing's fault.
The product's that this company has are simply put, not very good. If we reduced 50% of the work force, maybe we can get closer to being profitable, but that won't change the fact that the product's suck. Everyone has a reason as to why, but I'll leave that to others.
Because they have nothing to do! They have so few reps and they are with them all the time that they are pissing off the customers.
