Is hologic strict about background and driving. Never had a DUI but dwai.
Essentially a traffic violation. It was stupid I know but trying to pick up pieces.

I also looked at this company. They have many issues. Do not get sucked in. Competition is going to eat them up in 2014. Management is falling apart. There are other companies that now do a better job. They sitting back and waiting to get bought and cash out.

He was asked to step down at Stryker for things completely unrelated to job performance. He was doing a Bill Clinton impersonation.

Every Stryker employee that I have spoken to said nothing but great things about him.

Steve will do a great job at Hologic. Was at Stryker for four years and he did some pretty amazing things with acquisitions and exec talent recruiting. That said, he made some stupid personal life decisions that made the board consider him an albatross and for ethical reasons decide to part ways.
You guys are lucky to have him.
