Car and Mileage

I use to work for Butler Animal Health, and they transitioned from Runzhiemer about 2 yrs ago. They took an average from the previous year and added that amount to our salary guarantee. It worked ok.....

Guys, let's not sweat it. We still make a decent salary. Everyone has enough clinics in the program so that no one has to do that much driving. Just work so that you don't have to be on the road as much. I did and I even have it worked out so that I have time for a second business.

Working the other side of a GLORY HOLE is not considered a side business.

I have seen you make similar comments a couple of times within the MWI boards about letting others do the work for you and about working your territory from home (as a side job at that). If this is truly your attitude and truly how you work, then you are a disgrace to this company and any other company who might have had the misfortune of having you as an employee. I'm sure I speak for a majority of sales reps at MWI, both inside and out, who actually care about their clients and about pulling their weight, when I say "Leave, quit, get out". We neither want or need people like you here.

I'm sorry you feel that way. I've been with MWI for several years now. I meet my goals, keep my docs happy and lock up the business. Some would call that working smart. It's a price-driven world and more so in the vet world. That's the only value they care about; otherwise I wouldn't have the business locked up. If truth be known, I do believe that the majority of our colleagues would agree with me.

I got a subaru 4x4. it rocks. I could have taken a brat but they did not have the jump seats in the rear bed...

Oh yeah, try thumpin the gas on a busy freeway entrance and report back with your thoughts. The hampsters in the cage just don't have the stamina, especially when you are loaded up with returns and chit.

Basically no change from Runz, except for the GPS tracking feature that will probably be enabled at some point in the future... heard they were enabling this feature for Schein.
