The commission plan should be lowered . Most of you are just service reps. How can the company continue to pay people on old business plan. Plus a great deal of you are selling other products on the side. From billing systems to medical supplies.

Perhaps the next time Dean spends hours cleaning up a mess that some subpar non-exempt employee caused, we’ll compensate him directly with payroll deductions from your entire department. BioReference is a dysfunctional mess, behind the scenes. If it wasn’t for the reps, aka, the face of the company, there would be no clients and you’d be punching a clock at Popeyes Chicken and Biscuits.
Hey, it's still a great deal for Bio Ref. They keep 96.5% of the cash , rep keeps 3.5%. For all the crap and aggravation the rep has to do to keep the business , with no advantage over Quest and Lab Corp anymore. The reps in my opinion are more than paid fairly for what they have to do to keep the accounts happy.

Whoever it was that told you that there’s no such thing as a stupid question, was lying to you. If you knew anything about the life and work habits of a high ranking business executive, you’d know that 5am is a peak hour for productivity. I definitely need to chime in here. The “helpful” contributor is the main reason that I visit this site. He’s obviously an expert in our field and his comments are smart, well reasoned, straightforward and informative. His detractors sound like juveniles and jealous losers.
CafePharma’s #1 contributor and a legend at Quest Diagnostics. Definitely an industry expert. I tune in daily.
How can CJ let this happen? I thought she was a leader, apparently not. Such a disappointment. She needs to go.
This will not affect the actual performers on the team. And if you think that this does anything other than to raise the value of CJ, as a member of the executive team, then your not only inadequate at your job, you’re also stupid and crazy. Hope this helps.
