Attention CAP--Look at everything at Irvine and interview as many employees as possible. Employees need to speak the truth about what's really going on at LC. Insufficient staffing, mistakes in patient samples, bad IHC stains, tissue blocks cut through, hostile work environment. Specimens left outside the lab on doorstep in parking lot! It's all on tape and pictures on smart phones. Employees keep a record of everything once this place is shut down. This is evidence.

Why is Irvine going through CAP inspection if LC intends to close the lab? Is there still going to be some testing going on there?
