Canary in the Mine

The managed care team (KO, ME, BS, MM, MR, JB, JE) started to leave a year ago and look what happened...so I guess you have your answer.

this statement is so true. that team has kept this ship afloat for years. who else can get a bunch of hospitals to pay/bill a test when they are not going to collect what they paid. not only did they do it once for over 2000 hospitals however after the hospital discovered how much they were losing the NAMs saved the account and convinced them to keep losing money.

Everyone on that list is savvy enough to know what they are doing when they make the decision to leave. Each one of them had enough knowledge to objectively evaluate the direction / health of the company.

Are you kidding? It takes KO, JW, ME, RR, MM, JB, MR, BS to leave in less than 24 months for you to know it is over? You are acting like the captain of the ship and you are not leaving until every employee is safely out of here.

So do you think they will layoff a few at a time, or rip the band aid off, and just get rid of Oncology and half of GI? Bets anyone? I would bet on stringing this thing out.

Upper management's head is in their A$$. No clue!

new ceo will not make any big changes in 2013. depending on bd activities onc will be dissolved and go will be cut back to 40-50 reps. don't panic unless you are in the bottom or have a salary over 90k.

What is going on in upper management? They cannot keep anyone new in the NAM position to save their lives!!!! Any news from the mothership? We are in the dark out here!!!

So sad that Nestle can not set a direction and stay with it. They know food and beverage but nothing about healthcare or the U.S. market. Now they have a Pharma guy running the business that would not know his test for STD was positive or not or what that even means.
They had a winner with LM and now have changed the direction and are setting sail in a totally different direction again. Help us all get out of here because these people have no idea what to do. Eat a kit kat and cry!

Most of these folks that left, really it was good for the comoany. Most of them were coasting from years ago. Bad fits any way, but the company is too slow in dumping the bad apples. They come late, leave early, chase skirts and first to get drunk. We had great organic growth for first time this year in long time, and profit is above 150% target. Proof is in the numbers. I hate to be positive, but despit some jokers and drunks as leaders, the staff done a great job growing the business.

Where did TY go? Heard she resigned last week. At this point that is the definite canary!! Nobody understood the reimbursement future for DX, Lotranex generic timeline and the company's ability to cap out of pocket on Anser......this is a very bad sign for us!!!
