All the ped reps. They don't cover hospitals anymore. So they're probably just shutting down or selling off. Like their infant.

Yup, laughing at me during role play, not talking to me or even saying hello at in-person meetings, favoritism of certain new employees and not others, no help from my manager… and finally, the worst thing, way more ride alongs for me compared to others so I can be constantly scrutinized. It’s funny because I really loved the work and clients so much! But the culture ruined the enjoyment

They're F'd in the head and they enjoy it. The leadership is embarassingly stupid. Its hopeless so unless you got some years just leave.
