Can we stop field rides?

At this point can we stop all ride alongs? All my FLM talks about is the layoff. Don't want to hear about it anymore. I don't need to hear about the bonus money.

I just want to finish out my 16 years of service with novartis quietly. Spend sometime with my teammates and some of the office's i like. i dont want to hear about the good ol days.

please, your making the last weeks harder.

I recommend a dinner (the night before) of deviled eggs, red beans and rice, and broccoli. Put the child lock on and let ER rip during the field ride and act like you have no idea what's going on. That will for sure deter an extra day.

A ride along for what so you can dig into my life and find out if I am financially prepared for this fiasco, or see what my next steps are, oh let me guess you just want to "check in" and see if there is anything you can help me with during this transition ??? I have to agree. Managers need to take a break with all of the ride alongs and let us deal with the impending doom that will take place the week of April 2nd. After the e-mail from Brian Goff it is becoming clear that so many of us will be without a job. I have decided to focus on what I can control and taking time to apply for employment both in and out of the industry (this in itself can be a part time job). Good luck everyone!
