How is this guy still employed at Forest? B.K. for those who don't know, is the SoCal hospital manager. He has had nearly 100% turnover in his division. He is a raging blowhard that has lost some of the top reps in the region. Ask his reps how they like working for him. At some point J.L must realize that management is the issue when your top performing reps are leaving. Then again J.L is another raging blowhard as is G.A. This division is screwed.

I'm in the West and although in another division, I wish I did work for him. Say what you will but he knows what he's doing. there's been lots of turnover in the company's IS division as far as I see he hasnt lost any top performer. I've known two of his reps for almost 15 years and they like working for him very much.

Huh?? what two reps? are you kidding me? that's what they say to your face because they don't want to be in the line of fire so they placate their boss and lie through their teeth.

what is the role of the DM? is it not to manage your people? if you have almost 100% turnover as a DM, isn't that a bad thing?

this launch has been a disaster from the start and management refuses to even address the turnover and morale with this division. denial is a very powerful motivator and blaming everyone else (they weren't a good fit, they didn't have the selling skills, etc.) is a way of deflecting them from ever taking responsibility for the tremendous turnover.

a complete and total joke!!
